Where are you located?
I am located in (and ship from) The Netherlands.
How do I get in contact with you regarding my order?
You can contact me through the contact form here with any questions or concerns regarding your order. Please do not direct message me on social media, as I might not be able to see your message in time.
Do you ship internationally?
I do ship internationally! Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- The Netherlands: 1 - 2 working days
- European Union and UK: 1 - 3 weeks
- The rest of the world: 2 weeks - 1 month
These shipping times are just indications and can change depending on circumstances. I am not responsible for orders arriving late.
What are your shipping options?
Standard shipping is untracked. There is a tracking option available at checkout for an extra fee.
All domestic orders are sent through PostNL, and international orders are sent through Deutsche Post.
How long will it take for you to process my order?
I ship orders every Friday. Any orders placed before Friday 6:00 CET are guaranteed to be included in that week's shipment.
My address is incorrect!
Please contact me as quickly as possible with your full name, order number and correct address, so I can adjust your shipping address. I am not responsible for an incorrect shipping address.
If the package gets returned back to me charges to reship will apply. Failure to pay these charges will result in me not reshipping your package. You may receive a refund, minus any spent shipping costs.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, unless I have already shipped your order. Please contact me with your full name and order number if you wish to cancel your order.
Do you accept returns?
All international sales are final.
Sales to customers based in the Netherlands are legally required to have a cooling-off period of 14 days upon arrival of their order. You may receive a full refund minus the additional shipping costs for returning your order. Please contact me if you wish to make a return.
